What is PlayLab?
PlayLab is a 4-week guided play cohort designed for toddlers (18
months–4 years) and their parents. It provides structured observation,
practical regulation tools, and parent-centered support in a calm,
small-group setting.
Is PlayLab therapy?
No. PlayLab is not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. It is
guided support designed to help parents better understand their child
and apply practical strategies at home.
Do I need a diagnosis to participate?
No diagnosis is required. PlayLab is designed for families who may be
seeking answers, waiting for evaluations, or simply looking for
structured support during early developmental uncertainty.
What does a typical session look like?
Each 1-hour session includes guided play activities, structured
observation, and practical strategy modeling. Parents are encouraged to
participate and observe so they can confidently apply techniques at
home.
How much does the program cost?
The Founding Family Pilot Rate is $100 total for the full 4-week cohort.
A $25 deposit secures your child's spot. The remaining balance is due
before Week 1.
What ages is PlayLab designed for?
PlayLab is currently designed for toddlers between 18 months and 4 years
old.
How many families are in each cohort?
Cohorts are intentionally small to allow meaningful observation, parent
engagement, and individualized guidance.
What happens after the consultation?
If PlayLab is a good fit for your family, you will have the opportunity
to secure your spot with a deposit during or immediately after the
consultation.
What if I miss a session?
Due to the small cohort structure, sessions are not transferable.
However, we provide a brief recap and practical next steps to help you
stay aligned with the weekly focus.
How do I get started?
Schedule a 15-minute Parent Consultation through our booking link. We
will review your child's age, discuss your goals, and determine whether
PlayLab is the right fit.
What safety measures are in place?
PlayLab is a parent-inclusive program. Children are not dropped off — a
parent or guardian remains present and engaged during each session.
Cohorts are intentionally small to ensure appropriate supervision,
structured activity flow, and a calm, supportive learning environment.
Our model prioritizes safety, clarity, and shared responsibility between
facilitator and parent.
Where is PlayLab located?
PlayLab is hosted in a structured, child-friendly community space
designed to support guided play and parent participation. Specific
location details are provided after consultation and registration to
ensure clarity and readiness for enrolled families.
