Play Lab is a guided parent-and-child experience that helps you better understand and support your child through practical, play-based activities. You will participate alongside your child, observe what supports them, and learn strategies you can confidently continue at home.
You do not need special training or supplies. Come ready to play, observe, and learn alongside your child.
Select an available session designed for your child's age group.
Move through sensory, movement, communication, and calming activities with your child.
Receive guidance while noticing what engages, supports, or overwhelms your child.
Leave with two practical strategies and one sensory tool you can use during everyday routines.
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Parents remain with and actively participate alongside their child.
Share what you have noticed and what you would like support with.
Explore play experiences involving movement, touch, communication, and calming.
Notice your child's preferences, responses, strengths, and possible sources of frustration.
Practice simple ways to support your child during play and everyday routines.
Review the strategies and sensory tool you can continue using at home.

Play Lab is designed for parents of young children who may have communication delays, sensory differences, developmental concerns, or difficulty participating in everyday routines. It is also for parents who want practical ways to better understand and support their child at home.
